Clients of the firm include New Jersey small and medium businesses engaged in medical and dental practice, product manufacturing and sales. Some commercial collection is included.
Family matters undertaken include divorce, support and adoption. Domestic violence and custody is not a preferred undertaking.
Real property services include virtually every aspect of property acquisition, development and disposition, in commercial and residential situations. Included is the presentation of development applications to Land Use Planning Boards, and all aspects of property management, and development.
Past service as a municipal prosecutor has provided experience in the defense of clients in certain venues and circumstances. Current appointment as a Superior and Municipal Court Judge precludes any form of criminal defense work.
Past and present service on Homeowner Association Boards and as counsel to such associations has facilitated the development of skills in the area of Board supervision, Developer Transition Planning, and defense of claims.
As lender’s counsel, the firm is able to represent institutional and private lenders, from commitment,to closing, with generation of all loan documents and supervision of post closing due diligence.
