Past and present service on Homeowner Association Boards and as counsel to such associations has facilitated the development of skills in the area of Board supervision, Developer Transition Planning, and defense of claims.
As lender’s counsel, the firm is able to represent institutional and private lenders, from commitment,to closing, with generation of all loan documents and supervision of post closing due diligence.
